Overview:

Aroma microcapsule is a kind of functional finishing agent developed by micro-encapsulated technology. It could impart characteristic durable fragrance for various industries, including textile, paper, paint, and others.

• Appearance: Milky White liquid
• pH: 7±1
• Solid Content: 30%
• Ionic Nature: Anionic
• Solubility in Water: Easily dispersible
• Particle Size: ≥3μm

Application:

Aroma microcapsule can be applied by padding, coating, spraying, and exhaust methods.

Padding Method:

• Aroma Microcapsule: 10-30g/L
• Cross-linking Agent (optional for more wash durability): 5-30g/L
• Type: Polyurethane (ZLU-PU)

Process:

1. Padding (one nip-one dip 70~80% pick-up)
2. Drying (100~120℃)
3. Curing (160-190℃, 1~2 mins)

Exhaust Method:

• Aroma Microcapsule: 1%~3%
• Cross-linking Agent (optional for more wash durability): 0.5-3%

2. Dehydration
3. Drying (100~120℃)
4. Curing (160-190℃, 1~2 mins)

Package:

• Available in 25kg, 60kg, and 120kg drums
• 12 months shelf life in a sealed container
• Store containers in a cool, dry area
