Application

Preparation Steps

1. Measure a specific dosage of ZY401A.
2. Add the specified amount of water.
3. Stir the mixture at high speed until a well-prepared paste is achieved within a few minutes.

Dye Mixture Preparation

1. Mix dyes and water together.
2. Add ZY401A and stir at high speed until the desired consistency is reached.

Recommended Dosage

• ZY401A: 2-3%, depending on the dye dosage and required printing viscosity.

Disperse Dye Paste Formula

• Disperse dye: 1.5-2%
• Water: 1~10%
• ZY401A: X%
• Total: 100%

Package & Storage

• Packaging: 125kgs plastic drum
• Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in a cool and dry place

Remarks

• Avoid storing in containers made of soft steel, copper, aluminum, or rusty containers.
• Prolonged storage may cause stratification, but it does not affect the product quality. Stir well before use.
