Disperse Printing Thickener ZY401

Overview

ZY401 is a synthetic thickener made from anionic acrylic polymer, specifically developed for disperse and acid dye printing. It can replace various plant-based printing pastes such as guar gum, tamarind, and sodium alginate.

Properties

• Appearance: White or yellowish viscous liquid
• Solid Content: 36±1%
• PH (25℃): 6-7
• Viscosity: 10-15 pa.s

• Easy to make printing paste after high-speed stirring with water
• Excellent thickening effect with small dosage
• Stable stocking paste
• Bright color yield and good thixotropy
• Easy to wash off paste with soft hand feeling

Application

Preparation Method

1. Prepare a certain dosage of dyes and water.
2. Add ZY401 thickener and stir in high speed until it reaches the required consistency.

Disperse Dye Paste Formula

• Disperse dye: 1~10%
• Water: 85~90%
• ZY401: X%
• Total: 100%

Package & Storage

• Package: 125kgs plastic drum
• Shelf Life: 12 months under cool and dry conditions

Notes

• Do not store in containers made of soft steel, copper, aluminum, or rusty containers.
• Stratification may occur after long-term storage, but it will not affect the quality of the product. Stir well before use.
