High-concentrated Pigment Printing Thickener ZY301A

Overview

ZY301A is a pigment printing thickener made from anionic acrylic polymer. It performs equivalently to PTF thickener but offers a more competitive price.

Application

To prepare printing paste:

1. Add appropriate dosage of ZY301A to measured water.
2. Stir at high speed until reaching the required consistency.
3. If the printing paste is not viscous enough, add more ZY301A while stirring.

Package & Storage

• Packaging: 125kgs plastic drum
• Shelf Life: 12 months under cool and dry conditions

Notes

• Do not store in containers made of soft steel, copper, aluminum, or rusty containers.
• Stratification may occur after long-term storage but will not affect the product quality. Stir well before use.
