Pigment Printing Thickener ZY301

Overview

ZY301 is a pigment printing thickener formulated from anionic acrylic polymer, specifically designed for pigment printing on textiles.

Properties

• Appearance: Yellowish viscous liquid
• Solid Content: 40±2%
• pH: 6-7

Features

• No flushing on textile printing
• Fast thickening and stable stocking paste
• Sharp and fine printing pattern
• Bright color yield and soft hand feeling
• Easy to use with good fluidity
• Good compatibility with printing binder, pigment pastes, and other auxiliaries
• Excellent thickening capability:
  • 4% dosage in flat screen printing
  • Less than 3% dosage in rotary screen printing
• No change in viscosity and odor after long-term storage

Application

To prepare the printing paste:

1. Add the appropriate dosage of ZY301 to measured water.
2. Stir at high speed until the desired consistency is achieved.
3. If the printing paste is not viscous enough, add more ZY301 while stirring.

Package & Storage

• Packaging: 125kg plastic drum
• Shelf Life: 12 months under cool and dry conditions

Notes

• Avoid storing in containers made of soft steel, copper, aluminum, or rusty containers.
• Stratification may occur after long-term storage, but it does not affect the product quality. Stir well before use.
