Introduction

ZY808 provides durable water and oil repellency for fabric such as polyester, nylon, cotton, and its blends.

Features

• ZY808 imparts an excellent durable water and oil repellency to polyester and nylon fabrics.
• ZY808 has no effect on the hand of the treated fabrics.
• ZY808 is suitable especially for laminated and coated fabrics.
• Bath solution of ZY808 is stable in long-time continuous processing.

Application

1.Reference Performance

1. Treatment: Pad (ZY808 2-4%) → Cure (170℃ × 1-3min.)
2. Evaluation: Water repellency - AATCC-22 spray method
3. Durability: AATCC-135 method

2.Optimum Usage Amount and Process

• Depends on the material, construction, weight, and machine.
• Standard usage: 1-4% solution (padding, pick up: 50-80%)
• WR performance might be unstable using under lower temperature. The recommended curing temperature is 160-180℃.
