Introduction
ZY606 provides durable water and oil repellency for fabric such as polyester, nylon, cotton, and its blends.

Application
1.Reference Performance
- Treatment: Pad (ZY606 2-4%) → Cure (170℃ × 1-3min.)
- Evaluation: Water repellency - AATCC-22 spray method
- Durability: AATCC-135 method

2.Optimum Usage Amount and Process
- It depends on the material, construction, weight, and machine. A standard usage is 2-8% solution (padding, pick-up: 50-80%).
- The recommended curing temperature is 160-180℃. WR performance might be unstable using lower temperatures.

- 120kg plastic barrel or 1000kg IBC drum.
- 6 months shelf life.
