• Formaldehyde-free fixing agent for reactive, direct, and sulfur dyestuffs that significantly improves fabric fastness, especially for turquoise blue.

• Turquoise Blue Dye Enhancement: Better performance than normal fixing agents
• Shade Change: Slight shade change, does not affect original shades
• Fastness Improvement: Obviously improves rubbing, soaping, and perspiration fastness
• Alkali Resistance: Outstanding, enabling mercerization after fixing

Application

High concentration product and can be diluted 2-3 times

1. To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaps if necessary
2. Exhaust:
   • TF-901:: 2-4% (O.W.F)
   • Bath Ratio: 1:15-20
   • Temperature & Time: 30-50°C × 15-20 minutes
   • Procedure: Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 15-30 minutes at 30-50°C → Rinse → Dry
3. Padding Method:
   • Concentration: TF-901: 20-40g/L
   • Procedure: Dyed fabrics → Twice dip & pad in fixing bath at room temperature → Dry

Packing and Storage

• Packing: 125kg/polyethylene drum
• Storage: 12 months in a sealed container at room temperature
