Description
ZY-8118 is an organic silicon polymer modified with various active functional groups, including amino compounds and silane coupling agents. It serves as a novel textile auxiliary agent, designed to impart a hydrophilic, voluminous, and silky handfeel to all types of fabrics at lower use levels compared to other products. Importantly, it retains these performance attributes throughout multiple home laundry cycles.

Application
- Hydrophilic softening treatment of various natural fibers, chemical fiber imitation silk, fiber, and imitation hemp fabrics.

Emulsification Process (Example for 20% silicone oil as example):
- ZY8118: 100kg
- Water: 3991kg
- Glacial Acetic Acid (100%): 1kg
Procedure:
- Add 100kg of ZY8118 into a stainless steel container.
- Stir and slowly add the acetic acid solution in water until completely dissolved, forming a colorless or light blue transparent aqueous solution.
Dosage:
- ZY8118: 3~6 g/L
- 20% diluted ZY8118: 30~50 g/L
