SUPER SOFT HYDROPHILIC SILICONE OIL ZY8980

Description

ZY8980 is a quaternary ammonium salt modified linear silicone copolymer with a repeating block structure. It is a high-grade textile softener designed to deliver hydrophilic, smooth, and soft performances to fabrics.

Features

Application

Emulsification Process: 30% silicone oil as example Ingredients:

• ZY8980: 300kg
• Emulsifier (T0-5: 50kg, T0-7: 50kg): 100kg
• Glacial Acetic Acid (100%): 2kg
• Water: 598kg

Procedure:

1. Add 300kg of ZY8980 and 100kg emulsifier.
2. Add 2kg acetic acid and 50kg water.
3. Stir thoroughly and start the high-speed dispersion machine.
4. Slowly add the remaining water until completely dissolved to obtain a light blue semitransparent aqueous solution.

Dosage (Diluted ZY-8980)

• Dipping Process: 2~4% (o.w.f)
• Padding Process: 20~40 g/L

Packaging

• 120kg plastic barrel or 1000kg IBC drum.
• Shelf life: 12 months.
