Description
ZY8380 is a quaternary ammonium salt modified linear silicone copolymer with a repeating block structure. It is a new textile auxiliary agent designed to deliver hydrophilic, smooth, and soft performances to fabrics with good stability and hygroscopicity.

Features

Application
Emulsification Process:
30% silicone oil as example
- ZY8380: 300kg
- Emulsifier: 100kg (T0-5: 50kg, T0-7: 50kg)
- Glacial Acetic Acid (100%): 2kg
- Water: 598kg
Procedure
- Add 300kg of ZY8380 and 100kg emulsifier, then 2kg acetic acid and 50kg water.
- Stir thoroughly and start high speed dispersion machine.
- Slowly add the remaining water until completely dissolved to obtain a light blue semitransparent aqueous solution.
Dosage (Diluted ZY-8380)
- Dipping process: 3~5% (o.w.f)
- Padding process: 30~50 g/L
