Description

ZY6830 is a modified linear silicone copolymer that imparts excellent smooth, fluffy, and soft performance to fabrics. It is suitable for enhancing the overall feel of polyester fiber fabrics and velvet fabrics.

Application

10% Water Solution Preparation
Procedure:

1. Add 100kg ZY6830 to the stirred tank.
2. Stir and slowly add 900kg water solution until a blue transparent aqueous solution is obtained.

Dosage

• Dipping Process: ZY6830 (10% water solution) 2~6% (o.w.f)
• Padding Process: ZY6830 (10% water solution) 20~60 g/L
