SPECIAL SOFT AND SMOOTH ELASTIC SILICONE OIL ZY-8820
Description
ZY-8820 is a new hydrogen terminated, epoxy terminated, polyetheramine block copolymer. It introduces a new modified group, enhancing fabrics with an excellent smooth, silky hand feeling. This product exhibits self-emulsification and outstanding stability at high temperatures. ZY-8820 provides a soft, silky, and full hand feeling to various fabrics, particularly plain fabrics, and boasts a high performance-to-price ratio compared to other common blocking silicon oils.

Features

Application
Emulsification Process: 30% silicone oil as example
- ZY8820: 300kg
- Water: 691kg
- Glacial Acetic Acid (100%): 9kg
Procedure:
- Add 300kg of ZY8820, followed by 9kg of acetic acid and 50kg of water.
- Stir thoroughly and start the high-speed dispersion machine.
- Slowly add the remaining water until completely dissolved, resulting in a colorless or light blue transparent aqueous solution.
Dosage (diluted ZY-8820)
- Dipping Process: 3~5% (o.w.f)
- Padding Process: 30~50 g/L

- 120kg plastic barrel or 1000kg IBC drum
