SPECIAL BULK AND SOFT ELASTIC SILICONE OIL ZY-8190

Description

ZY-8190 is a new hydrogen terminated, epoxy terminated, polyetheramine block copolymer. It is designed to provide soft, silky, full hand feeling to fabrics with durable wash ability. It imparts superior softness and very low yellowing performance, compared to conventional amino silicons. ZY-8190 is suitable for various fabrics, especially the plush fabric, such as polyester coral flocking, blanket, and so on.

Features

• Good fluffy performance on chemical fiber fabrics with plump hand feeling.

Application

Emulsification Process: 30% silicone oil asexample

• ZY8190: 300kg
• Water: 691kg
• Glacial Acetic Acid (100%): 9kg

Procedure:

1. Firstly add 300kg of ZY8190, then 9kg acetic acid and 50kg water.
2. Stir it fully and start high speed dispersion machine.
3. Slowly add the remaining water until it is completely dissolved to obtain a colorless or light blue transparent aqueous solution.

Dosage (10% water solution of diluted ZY-8190)

• Dipping Process: ZY-8190 (10% water solution): 3~5% (o.w.f)
• Padding Process: ZY-8190 (10% water solution): 30~50 g/L
