SPECIAL SMOOTH ELASTIC SILICONE OIL ZY-8810

Description

ZY-8810 is a new hydrogen terminated, epoxy terminated, polyetheramine block copolymer. It introduces a new modified group, endowing fabrics with excellent smooth, silky hand feeling. This product features self-emulsification and outstanding stability at high temperatures. ZY-8810 provides a soft, silky, and full hand feel to various fabrics, particularly plain fabrics. It boasts a high performance-to-price ratio compared to other common blocking silicon oils.

Application

Emulsification Process: 30% silicone oil as example

• ZY8810: 300kg
• Water: 691kg
• Glacial Acetic Acid (100%): 9kg

Procedure:

1. Add 300kg of ZY8810, then 9kg acetic acid and 50kg water.
2. Stir thoroughly and start the high-speed dispersion machine.
3. Slowly add the remaining water until completely dissolved to obtain a colorless or light blue transparent aqueous solution.

Dosage (Diluted ZY-8810)

• Dipping process: 3~5% (o.w.f) of diluted ZY-8810
• Padding process: 30~50 g/L of diluted ZY-8810
